ABSTRACT: Tablet base is an important chemical material widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine and other fields, which has high economic value and social significance. In this paper, the chemical synthesis method, preparation process and industrial application of tabaline are reviewed, and the existing problems and future development direction are discussed. In terms of chemical synthesis, the main synthesis methods of tab base are sodium hydroxide electrolysis and sodium chloride electrolysis, each of which has its advantages and disadvantages, but sodium hydroxide electrolysis is the most widely used method at present. In terms of preparation process, the production process and process conditions of tab base are introduced, and the factors influencing the production quality and efficiency are analyzed. In industrial applications, the main uses of tabaline include preparation of cellulose, flavors, detergents, etc. It is also used in water treatment, pharmaceutical production and other fields.
