ABSTRACT: This paper introduced the preparation method of tab base and its application research. By analyzing the problems existing in the traditional preparation methods, a new preparation method, i.e. tabaline preparation by electrolysis, was put forward. At the same time, the application of tab alkali in chemical industry, textile, paper and other fields was discussed.
I. Introduction
Tablet base is an important chemical which is widely used in chemical industry, textile, paper and other fields. Traditional preparation methods are mainly prepared by caustic soda reaction, but this method has the problems of high cost and pollution. Therefore, it is of great significance to study a new preparation method which can effectively solve these problems.

II. Preparation methods
Electrolysis is a new preparation method, which can effectively solve the problems existing in traditional preparation methods. Electrolysis mainly consists of the following steps: first, dissolve NaCl in water to form electrolyte solution. Then, the electrolyte solution is put into the electrolyte tank and electrolytic reaction takes place by applying voltage. Finally, tablets can be obtained by subsequent processing.
Compared with traditional preparation methods, electrolysis has the following advantages:
No fuel consumption, low energy consumption and low cost;
No pollutants such as exhaust gas and waste water will be produced during the production process, which is non-polluting to the environment.
High production efficiency, large-scale production of tabaline.
III. Applied Research
Tablet alkali manufacturers have learned that Tablet alkali is widely used in chemical industry, textile, paper and other fields. In chemical industry, tab base can be used to produce sodium hydroxide, nitrate and other chemicals. In the textile field, flake alkali can be used for degreasing, soaking and other processes of natural fibers such as cotton, linen and silk. In the field of paper making, sheet alkali can be used for pulping decoloration, water treatment and other processes. Therefore, it is of great significance for the research and application of tabaline.
