I. Introduction
Tablet base is an important alkaline chemical with wide application value. It can be used as textile bleaching agent, alkali liquor in paper industry, raw material in glass industry, neutralizer in chemical fertilizer manufacturing, etc. Due to its wide application, the production and research of tablet alkali has attracted much attention. II. Production process of tabaline
Raw material preparation
The raw materials of tab alkali are mainly pure alkali and sodium chloride. In the production process, it is necessary to mix in a certain proportion and send it to the alkali kiln for sintering reaction.
Caustic soda reaction
