Ammonium chloride alkali method is a commonly used preparation method of granular alkali. The raw materials for this method are mainly ammonium chloride and calcium hydroxide. Ammonium chloride and calcium hydroxide are mixed in a certain proportion and added with sufficient water to form ammonium hydroxide precipitation. Ammonium hydroxide precipitation is heated to a certain temperature to produce granular alkali products. This preparation method is simple, low cost and mild reaction conditions, so it will not produce too much waste water and exhaust gas.
NaCl-alkali method is another commonly used preparation method of granular alkali. The main raw materials for this method are NaCl and CaOH. Sodium chloride and calcium hydroxide are mixed in a certain proportion and added with sufficient water to produce sodium hydroxide precipitation. Sodium hydroxide precipitation is heated to a certain temperature to produce granular alkali products.
