Granular alkali is an important chemical material and has a wide range of applications in industrial production. In this paper, preparation methods and application fields of granular alkali are introduced. The preparation methods include ammonium chloride alkali method, sodium chloride alkali method and sodium sulfate alkali method. Applications include textiles, paper, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, etc. Granular bases are used as decolorants in textiles, slurry preparation agents in paper making, neutralizers in fertilizers, and pharmaceutical raw materials in medicine. Finally, the paper prospects the future application prospects of granular bases.

Granular alkali is an important chemical raw material and widely used in textile, paper, chemical fertilizer, medicine and other fields. Preparation methods of granular bases are various, and different preparation methods will affect the properties and uses of granular bases. At the same time, with the continuous progress of technology, the application field of granular alkali is also expanding. In this paper, preparation methods and application fields of granular alkali are introduced, and its future application prospects are forecasted.
Industrial Grade Alkali Plant
Ammonium chloride alkali method is a commonly used preparation method of granular alkali. The raw materials for this method are mainly ammonium chloride and calcium hydroxide. Ammonium chloride and calcium hydroxide are mixed in a certain proportion and added with sufficient water to form ammonium hydroxide precipitation. Ammonium hydroxide precipitation is heated to a certain temperature to produce granular alkali products. This preparation method is simple, low cost and mild reaction conditions, so it will not produce too much waste water and exhaust gas.
NaCl-alkali method is another commonly used preparation method of granular alkali. The main raw materials for this method are NaCl and CaOH. Sodium chloride and calcium hydroxide are mixed in a certain proportion and added with sufficient water to produce sodium hydroxide precipitation. Sodium hydroxide precipitation is heated to a certain temperature to produce granular alkali products.
